BEIJING, February 1st, 2017 -- Beijing Shareco Technologies Co., Ltd. (Shareco) applied to be listed on National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ) recently. According to the listing info disclosed by NEEQ, Shareco was established on August 9, 2012 and completed its shareholdingreform on November 9, 2015.
Sharecois a high-tech enterprise concentrating on building up an ecosystem in the cabin through in-flight connectivity (IFC), in-flight entertainment (IFE) and content on the tablets it distributes for passengers to use.
In terms of products, Sharecodesigned three different hardware devices and nine software systems for the special requirements of the Civil Aviation industry. The hardware devices include cabin customized tablets “Airbox”, self-developed in-flight WLAN hub “AirHub”, IFC solution “AirSat”; The software systems include payment system “Airpay”, big data platform “DMP”, automatic content updating system “ADT” and so on.
Shareco has set up operation & maintenance bases in airports of 15 major cities. The operation & maintenance teams with nearly 300 employees serve hundreds of aircraft every day.
